Location & Directions

  • Location

    The Biology Library is located in the basement of Birge Hall.

    • When entering the building through the main (north) entrance, take the stairs down 1 flight to the "B1" level. At the bottom of the stairs, turn right and follow the hallway through a set of double doors. The library is on the right.
    • When entering the building using the east entrance (this faces the Law Building and is between South and Lathrop Halls), the library will be immediately on your left.

  • Directions

    • Birge Hall is located near the top of the south side of Bascom Hill (that is, to the left of Bascom Hall if you are orienting from the bottom of the Hill on the State Street (east) side).
    • Parking is very limited in the area around Birge Hall, so we recommend that you park in one of the public lots (the closest are on Lake Street between State and Johnson.)
